EJ Legal have partnered with a reputable UK Top 20 law firm, which is looking to bring on a Corporate Partner to join its London office.
Headquartered in London, the firm has a strong global outreach, with over 30 offices worldwide. Offering a wide array of services, the firm is largely sector-centric across technology, energy, life sciences, telecoms, media & entertainment, hotels & hospitality, retail & consumer and financial services.
Whilst the Corporate practice already has a strong standing in both the London and European market, the firm is strategically focused on growing this offering across each of M&A, Venture Capital, Private Equity and ECM.
The position is suitable for an established Corporate Partner who wishes to move into a reputable law firm which can provide it with the support and resources required to succeed, as part of its significant plans to grow.
The firm has also expressed an interest in considering Senior Associates, particularly with Private Equity experience and from top-calibre firms, who are looking to make the step up to Partnership.
