Our client, a UK Top 50 City law firm, is looking to hire a Corporate Partner to join its highly successful Corporate team.
After achieving a record year last year in terms of revenue, the team is focussed on M&A, JVs and investment structures and works closely with other departments such as Real Estate, Private Client, Banking and IP & Commercial.
The team works with a wide breadth of clients, from family-owned businesses and entrepreneurs/HNWIs, to large corporations and institutions.
The position is suitable for an established Corporate Partner who wishes to move into a reputable law firm which can provide it with the support and resources required to succeed, as part of its significant plans to grow.
