A leading international firm is seeking to hire an NQ+ Associate for its highly regarded Corporate Restructuring team in London.
The group advises a broad range of stakeholders on complex distressed situations, including out-of-court restructurings, in-court proceedings, financial recapitalisations, business reorganisations and liquidations. The work is genuinely cross-border and often cutting-edge, with the team collaborating closely with top-tier M&A, capital markets, banking and litigation practices.
They are looking for someone with strong restructuring or insolvency experience from the London market (or another common law jurisdiction), excellent drafting skills, and the confidence to take on early responsibility. High academics and a proactive mindset are essential.
