An outstanding opportunity has opened at a highly reputable firm. They are looking for a key player for their corporate by hiring a Corporate Senior Associate/Associate Director.

OVERVIEW:

The international firm has established themselves as true experts in the industries that they specialise in across Europe, Asia, and the US. The role requires the Corporate Senior Associate/Associate Director to work on mergers, acquisitions, and takeovers of publicly listed companies. As the firm is leading in these areas of law, the role is suited for someone looking for an outstanding M&A career.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Working on M&A deals by, and private equity investments into, staffing, recruitment, payroll, and training companies and tech-driven companies
  • Confident ability in training associates and trainees
  • Building on an already successful practice and working towards becoming the main client relationship holder
REQUIREMENTS:
  • In-depth and specific knowledge and experience of the full spectrum of M&A transactional at a firm with a strong reputation in that area
  • Some exposure to private equity deals and dealing with owner-managers and entrepreneurs
  • 4+ PQE
  • An interest in building client relationships
  • An appetite to learn about issue spotting in the sector
