A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Credit Funds Paralegal to join one of the fastest-growing US law firms in the City. This elite US firm is seeking a driven and detail-oriented paralegal to join its highly regarded Funds team in London.
Working within a market-leading practice, you will gain exposure to high-value, complex matters and work closely with some of the most respected lawyers in the funds space. This is an intensive yet highly rewarding environment that actively supports professional development and long-term progression.
Responsibilities
Including but not limited to:
- Drafting and preparing board minutes and written resolutions
- Organising and maintaining internal and external trackers and deal bibles
- Reviewing and analysing investor application and subscription packs
- Conducting legal research and assisting with drafting ancillary documentation
- Supporting the team with fund launches and ongoing fund maintenance
- Liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders as required
The ideal candidate will:
- Have 3–6 months’ experience within Funds or a closely related practice area
- Demonstrate strong academics and excellent attention to detail
- Be highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Show a proactive, can-do attitude and strong work ethic
- Be flexible and open to working overtime when required, including occasional weekends
- Have a genuine interest in progressing within the funds space
