JOB DESCRIPTION:

A top UK international firm is looking for a mid-level Associate to join its top-ranked Data Protection team in London.

The Team:
The Data Protection team sits within the firm’s hugely regarded Commercial practice. The practice has a strong focus on clients in the Communications, Media, E-Commerce, Financial Services, Health and IT sectors. The Data Protection team are looking to hire due to the department being extremely busy.

The Role:

In this Data Protection role, you will work with the London partners and associates (as well as international counterparts) to advise on a variety of matters, including GDPR, privacy compliance, data breaches, data transfer challenges, and the use of cookies and online tracking.

Requirements:

To be successful in this Data Protection role, you will have an excellent academic background (a minimum 2.1 degree) and data protection experience gained in a comparable private practice or in-house environment.
