A leading international City firm, our client is looking to hire a commercial litigator from another highly regarded disputes practice, preferably with at least 3+PQE, to join the firm’s market leading commercial disputes practice.

The ideal person for this role will be a commercial litigator with some experience of handling commercial disputes relating to the technology sector who would like to develop more of a focus in technology sector disputes in a highly regarded team which is often involved in complex and high profile disputes. Some prior exposure to data privacy issues / litigation is critical for this role, while prior experience of “big tech” disputes would be very beneficial.

Since this busy, successful team has a remit to continue to grow (at all levels), there are excellent prospects for the right person.  Although working from home for up to a couple of days a week is likely to become the norm post pandemic, the partners are happy to consider applications from commercial litigators who would like to spend the majority of their time working remotely. The disputes team is very “joined up” and has been functioning extremely well remotely over the last 12 months.
