The firm’s highly respected Debt Capital Markets practice focuses on the complex, high added value end of the capital market. The team represents clients on corporate, high yield and sovereign bonds to securitisations, derivatives and structured products. The team has recently advised a leading global technology company on multiple debt offerings.
The role:
The successful Paralegal can look forward to supporting the structured finance and securitisation team on a wide range of transactions. Duties will include:
- Supporting the production of documentation based on precedent forms
- Assisting with signing and undertaking post-completion tasks
- Researching information
- Assisting with queries from fee earners
- General administration duties
About you:
- Law degree or equivalent qualification essential
- Knowledge of finance transactions essential, prior knowledge of structured finance transactions desirable
- Excellent oral and written communication and research skills
- Ability to prioritise and manage tasks effectively
- High level of attention to detail
