  • Advise on regulatory and compliance matters, including digital and online safety regulation, AI legislation, product safety and packaging requirements
  • Collaborate with other in-house legal teams internationally on cross-divisional initiatives, templates and knowledge sharing

About you:

  • England & Wales Solicitor qualification (or qualification in a comparable jurisdiction)
  • At least 5 years’ post-qualification experience, gained in a leading law firm and/or a multinational in-house environment
  • Strong commercial contracts and consumer law experience (media or technology experience preferred)
  • Exposure to the media, entertainment, gaming or technology sectors is highly desirable
  • Ability to work autonomously on complex, multi-jurisdictional matters while exercising sound commercial judgement
  • Excellent drafting, negotiation and stakeholder-management skills
  • A proactive, flexible approach, with the ability to support time-sensitive deals and work with US-based colleagues across time zones
  • A collaborative, emotionally intelligent style and a strong sense of professionalism
