A leading West Coast US firm, our client is looking to recruit an experienced employment associate, ideally with around 4 years' post-qualified (E&W qualified) employment experience from another highly-ranked City firm. The ideal candidate will possess a broad range of both advisory and transactional (as well as contentious) experience, including experience of dealing with the employment aspects of cross-border M&A and workforce restructuring. The employment team works across the full spectrum of employment law, with a particular focus on dealing with complex and/or cross border issues for multi-national clients.
