One of the leading employment teams in London, our client is looking to hire an additional associate. You must have a minimum of 1 year’s post-qualified experience, ideally working within another leading City (or major regional) employment team. The team offers a genuinely varied spread of employment work, acting predominately for employers (but also for employees / senior executives) across both tribunal and High Court litigation, investigations, day to day employment advice and some corporate support, working directly with Partners across the team. Clients range from "name" insitutional clients to smaller businesses and start-ups, spread across a number of sectors, notably including TMT and financial services. The firm scores highly for culture and being a good place to work, making it an attractive option for employment lawyers looking to move from the largest international City firms to a firm with a stronger standalone employment practice. Learning is both on the job "mentoring" and formal.
