We are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading US law firm in London who are looking for a Finance Paralegal to join their esteemed Corporate Group.
This US law firm have an unrivalled reputation in the market and possess strong expertise on a wide range of domestic and cross-border transactions.
As a Finance Paralegal you will be working alongside partners in the leveraged finance team on high-profile transactional work. Typical responsibilities will include drafting ancillary documents, managing CP checklists and carrying out due diligence.
The successful Finance Paralegal will have strong academics and previous experience within a similar role. This role may ideally suit someone with finance experience looking to move to a US firm.
