The successful Banking Paralegal will be working as part of a small team on a LIBOR remediation project, where your principal focus will be on securities rather than derivatives.
The Banking Paralegal’s work will involve contract drafting, analysis and review. The successful Banking Paralegal will provide feedback and guidance on documentation issues arising during the process of the clients’ transition from LIBOR to alternative rates.
This role would suit someone who enjoys speaking to people at all levels, as you will be engaging with senior members of the bank.
There is social distancing in the office, and the bank are keen to offer flexibility to work from home regularly
About you:
- A Paralegal with experience working on banking/financial transactions at a bank
- Someone familiar with ISDAs/LIBOR/banking and financial documentation would be preferred
- The successful applicant will be a self-starter and someone who is confident communicating at all levels in the bank.
