Our client is a top international law firm currently looking for a Managing Associate or Of Counsel to join their Banking team, focusing particularly on Fund Finance.
Their fund finance team is very well regarded and acts for both lenders and sponsors/borrowers.
The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years post qualification experience and have a range of funds finance experience including capital call, hybrid, general partner, management fee, co-invest and NAV/asset backed facilities.
