I am working on a role with a global Asset Manager that is looking for a mid-level lawyer to join its team in London. You will be joining a team of 7 across Europe and focus on various fund documentation for the business including IMAs and Distribution Agreements.
You will be focusing on their Private Assets funds, Alternative Funds, CLOs, and Crypto. You should be comfortable working directly with internal and external stakeholders on various issues as well as approach your work in a commercial way.
This is a great role for someone looking to move into a more senior role where you are given more flexibility and freedom to work how you choose. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in London working on the fund documentation in relation to Alternative and PE funds. Previous in-house experience is a bonus but not essential.
