The role:
The successful Media Paralegal can look forward to supporting and working alongside the Head of Business and Legal Affairs. Duties will include:
- Drafting, negotiating and executing commercial contracts and agreements
- Managing deal term trackers, legal databases and filing systems
- Licensing and rights management
- Conducting due diligence and carrying out verification
- Updating precedents and production guidelines
- Experience working in and knowledge of TV, film or a creative industry environment
- Strong academics
- Ability to work to deadlines
- Excellent organisational and communications skills
