This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and commercially minded Paralegal who’s looking to deepen their in-house experience and grow within the financial services industry. The role:
- Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of contracts, including NDAs, vendor and client agreements, trading terms, and commercial contracts.
- Ensure compliance with local laws, FCA rules, MiFID II, AML/CFT, and internal risk frameworks.
- Maintain and develop legal templates, streamline contract processes, and support contract lifecycle management.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and external counterparties to facilitate timely execution and updates of legal documents.
- Organise and manage a digital contract repository to support audits and regulatory checks.
- Assist with company secretarial duties, including board resolutions, statutory filings, and register maintenance across multiple jurisdictions.
About you
- Law degree (LLB, PGDL, or international equivalent).
- 1–3 years of experience in legal, regulatory, or contract management roles (in-house or private practice).
- Solid experience reviewing and drafting a range of commercial contracts.
- Good corporate governance experience is also required, e.g. drafting board minutes and Companies House filings.
- Familiarity with FCA, MiFID II, and AML/CFT regulatory environments is a strong plus.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to work in a fast-paced, international setting.
