The team advises on a range of employee and management incentives and executive remuneration matters, including the related tax, regulatory and governance aspects. The work covers both standalone advisory projects and transactional support, frequently with a cross-border element.
You’ll work alongside senior lawyers on matters involving public and private companies across multiple sectors, including M&A, restructurings and public offerings.
Requirements:
- 2–4 years’ post-qualification experience in incentives, share schemes, or closely related tax/employment work
- Minimum 2:1 degree (or equivalent)
- Currently at, or with prior experience from, a leading City or international law firm
- Strong technical and drafting skills, and an interest in complex, multi-jurisdictional matters
