The team:
The firm’s highly respected International Trade department advises on a range of trade matters, including trade policy, legislation, compliance and enforcement, litigation and administrative proceedings for their multi-jurisdictional clients. The team are highly ranked in both Chambers Global and Legal 500 for handling large, varied and complex trade matters.
The role:
The successful International Trade Paralegal can look forward to working with Partners and the wider team. Duties will include:
- Assisting with document review and due diligence
- Drafting, checking and amending legal documents
- Liaise with internal and external counsel, within the UK and globally
- Maintain document, transcript and work product databases
- Conduct legal research
About you:
- Law degree or equivalent qualification essential, LPC preferred but not desired
- A minimum of 6 months’ experience in International Trade
- Can demonstrate a genuine interest in Trade Law
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritise and manage tasks effectively
