IP Disputes NQ - TOP UK CITY FIRM in London

Leading international City firm has an opening for a newly qualified intellectual property lawyer, or a September 2021 IP NQ, to join the firm’s highly respected London intellectual property practice. This IP team, which has been involved in many of the leading IP cases in recent years, is enjoying a period of sustained growth, hence why this new IP NQ Associate position has arisen. It is envisaged that the new hire will focus on brand management including trade mark clearance and protection, licensing and enforcement. Newly qualified IP lawyers applying for this position will have trained within a leading intellectual property practice and will be able to demonstrate a good knowledge of both UK and EU trade mark law and procedure, and in particular UKIPO and EUIPO proceedings.
