A top UK international firm is looking for a junior Restructuring & Insolvency lawyer to join its established London practice.

The Restructuring & Insolvency team sit within the firm’s broader Banking & Finance group. They regularly work alongside colleagues in the Corporate, Banking and Disputes departments.

The team is small, offering an ambitious associate an excellent opportunity to join a growing practice, with high levels of responsibility and client contact from the get-go.

The role will cover a wide range of restructuring and insolvency matters, with a specific focus on the retail sector, and the work will predominantly be non-contentious. Much of the work the team does is cross-border or international in nature.

Clients include licensed insolvency practitioners, banks, other (secured and unsecured) lenders, debtor companies and their boards, as well as trade creditors of, and suppliers to, distressed entities.
