I am working on a role with a rapidly growing legal services disruptor in the tech space who are looking for a lawyer to join their team working directly with one of the senior lawyers.  They are a business that operates as a hybrid of private practice and in-house taking the best aspects of both.  You will be working with a range of clients (they currently have 200) offering a variety of work and sectors while being able to become closely imbedded with these clients understanding their business and seeing matters from beginning to end.  

You will be exposed to a wide range of legal issues which will enable you to become experienced in a variety of corporate and commercial matters whilst receiving support from a number of more senior experienced lawyers in the business.

The ideal candidate will have between 1-3 years PQE although NQs will also be considered.  Experience with commercial contracts particularly in the tech space, fintech, corporate, banking and an interest in crypto and NFTs would all be relevant.  The role is currently entirely remote and part of the package on offer includes a profit share that is paid on a quarterly basis.
