This Corporate Bank is looking to appoint a leveraged finance lawyer to join their well-established International Acquisition Finance team. 

You will join the actual leveraged finance team in a front office role, which will provide you with the ability to advise at strategic level.

Working closely with the head of this team and two other senior lawyers, you will advise primarily on leveraged finance as well as crossover, infrastructure, IPO and fund financings, private equity fund LP investments and other bespoke and structured financings. The team offers excellent training and support and will ensure that you have a genuine involvement in the business.

This role will suit an intellectually inquisitive, dynamic and proactive lawyer, looking for their first In-House role or a lawyer already In-House looking for a more business focused role.

You will have trained and qualified at a top City Law firm and have gained a minimum of 2 years’ PQE advising on leveraged finance deals – a banking secondment supporting the acquisition finance/leveraged finance desk of an investment bank would be ideal.
