I am working closely with the London office of a mid-sized US law firm with a long‑established focus on Technology, Life Sciences and high‑growth industries.
The firm has a strong track record advising emerging companies, venture investors and strategic acquirers, and is now seeking to further expand its UK Life Sciences capability to complement significant growth across its US platform.
The firm’s Life Sciences group includes former biotech executives, scientists and sector specialists, and is recognised for its work on venture capital financings, strategic collaborations, licensing and M&A. They are now looking to add a Corporate partner in London with a practice centred on VC, PE and early‑stage investment work.
A key differentiator for the firm is its highly effective cross‑selling culture. With a compensation system designed to reward collaboration, the firm consistently integrates lateral partners into active cross‑border matters.
