March 2026 Qualifying Associate – Structured Credit (Top US Law Firm, London)
 
A leading US law firm is seeking an outstanding Structured Credit Associate qualifying in March 2026 to join its top-tier London practice.
 
The team advises on the full spectrum of structured finance and credit products, including CLOs, securitisations, and fund financing, representing major financial institutions, funds, and alternative credit providers. Known for its sophisticated cross-border work and close collaboration with its US offices, the group is consistently recognised for handling complex, high-value transactions across the credit markets.
 
Applications are invited only from candidates currently training at a top US, Magic Circle, or Silver Circle firm, with a minimum 2:1 degree (or equivalent) and an exceptional academic and professional record.
 
You will have gained relevant structured finance or broader finance experience during your training, with excellent technical ability, strong commercial awareness, and the ambition to thrive in a fast-paced, market-leading environment.
