The successful Structured Finance Paralegal will have full support from one of the top Partners in the law firm whilst on external assignment.
The role:
The role will predominately focus on LIBOR remediation but will also include transactional BAU duties. The Structured Finance Paralegal will help with repacks, structured notes and banking and finance documentation.
About you:
- Law degree or equivalent qualification essential, LPC desirable
- Strong academics
- Prior experience in structured finance or derivatives
- Highly organised and excellent time management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively
