An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Paralegal with derivatives or structured finance experience to be seconded by a top international law firm to an investment bank on an initial 6-month contract.
New Role as a Paralegal:
- LIBOR remediation work
- Derivates experience
- Transactional BAU duties
- Assisting with structed notes
- Structured finance and products work
- Helping with the trade workflow
About You:
- Previous experience in Structured Finance or Derivatives
- Previous LIBOR experience is desired but not essential
- Outstanding academics
- Excellent level of attention to detail
- Strong organisation and communication skills
In Return:
In return, you’ll receive a top hourly rate equivalent to £45,000 - £50,000 per annum and the opportunity to work as a Structured Finance Paralegal within a top investment bank, with full support from one of the top Partners in the law firm whilst on this assignment.
