A great opportunity has arisen for a Private Client Paralegal to join a leading international law firm on a permanent basis in London.

Your New Role:

The successful Private Client Paralegal will play a crucial role in supporting the rest of the Private Client team. You will need to have Private Client experience with exposure to Probate and Wills, you can expect to work with a broad range of clients, including profession and individual executors and administrators, banks, and charities.

Duties include:
  • work in areas such as wills, probates, and property.
  • in-depth legal research.
  • administration, including file management and file supervision.
  • the appropriate inheritance tax account, statement of truth and all other documents required for the application for the grant.
  • review analysis, including preparation of estate summary and review lifetime gifts.
  • first drafts of Terms of Engagement letters; using electronic file opening, ensuring money laundering is adhered to and requesting necessary documentation.
  • in preparing pitches and tenders and in all aspects of business development.
  • in client events.
About You:
The firm seeks a Private Client Paralegal who demonstrates:
  • Private Client experience is a must, ideally 6 months plus.
  • experience in Probate Administration.
  • who enjoys teamwork and working under pressure, this is a busy role!
  • Paralegal with excellent written and verbal communication skills because you’ll be communicating directly with clients.
Salary:

The successful Private Client Paralegal will be offered up to £32,000 dependent on experience.
