A top UK international firm is looking to recruit a junior Private Equity Associate, to join its highly regarded London practice.

The team advises clients throughout the full investment lifecycle, from deal structuring to exit, including buy-outs, growth capital, exits, operational issues, portfolio acquisitions, setting up new funds, and structural issues. Clients range from financial sponsors to high-net-worth individuals and family offices.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join an entrepreneurial and growing practice, with an already well-established reputation in London’s mid-tier Private Equity market.
