Leading US firm in London is seeking a c.2–4 PQE associate to join its growing Private Equity team.
The team acts for high-profile sponsors on complex, high-value transactions and is continuing to invest in its London platform. This is a genuinely PE-focused role with strong deal flow and partner visibility.
Requirements:
- England & Wales qualified preferred (NY qualified considered if London-based with strong London experience)
- US firm, Magic Circle or Silver Circle/Top Tier practice ideally
- Clear private equity deal focus
