Our client, a leading international UK City firm, with a highly regarded private equity practice which continues its steady growth, is now looking to hire a newly qualified Private Equity Associate. As well as newly qualified private equity lawyers, the partners are happy to see CVs from final seat trainees, currently training in another City or major regional firm with a well-respected corporate / private equity practice and due to qualify in early 2022. Ideally they will already have gained some exposure to private equity work during their training contract. They will also be committed to specialising in private equity work outside their training firm upon qualification.
