The team:
The firm’s Private Equity department advises private equity sponsors and their investment and portfolio companies at all stages of the investment cycle. The team receives regular instructions for complex, high-end M&A and private equity deals.
The role:
The successful Paralegal can look forward to:
- Assisting with due diligence
- Conducting legal and factual research
- Drafting and filing Companies House forms
- Conducting Companies House searches
- Drafting ancillary documents including board minutes, director resignation letters, stock transfer forms
- Maintaining virtual data rooms
About you:
- Law degree or equivalent qualification essential, LPC desirable
- At least one year’s Corporate, Private Equity or M&A experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills
- High level of attention to detail
