The team:
The firm’s Private Equity department has close links with a number of leading mid-market and large European and US buyout houses as well as several large sovereign wealth funds. They advise on complex acquisitions, exits and investments and the team is continuing to expand.
The role:
The successful Paralegal can look forward to gaining hands-on experience but with significant support and mentoring. Duties will include:
- Assisting with due diligence
- Conducting legal and factual research
- Drafting and filing Companies House forms
- Conducting Companies House searches
- Drafting ancillary documents including board minutes, director resignation letters, stock transfer forms
- Maintaining virtual data rooms
About you:
- Law degree or equivalent qualification essential, LPC desirable
- At least one year’s Corporate, Private Equity or M&A experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills
- High level of attention to detail
