Due to the continued growth of its high profile private funds practice, this top tier US firm is looking to hire an additional Funds NQ Associate, who has either recently qualified as a private funds lawyer or is due to qualify in September 2021. The London private funds team engages in a very wide range of private funds work, acting for both GPs and LPs on high value fund formations, fund raising and secondary transactions. You will have an excellent academic background and strong technical private funds experience gained during your training contract and (if already qualified) post qualification at a leading UK or US firm.
