A leading City firm, our client is looking to recruit an experienced real estate associate, with at least 4 years’ PQE from another highly regarded City commercial property practice. The person who takes this role will work on, and manage, a broad range of commercial property transactions for one of those most varied client bases in the City, including the acquisition and disposal of investment property and handling lease negotiations on behalf of both commercial landlords and tenants. This real estate practice is popular amongst associates coming from the largest City firms looking to retain a quality commercial property practice and client-base, while enjoying a collegiate, more balanced working environment.
