Our client, a leading international law firm, would like to recruit a Knowledge Lawyer, with at least 5PQE+, into its London Real Estate group – on a full or part-time basis (with hybrid working). This role will liaise closely with the real estate partners and other fee-earners in the real estate group in a broad-ranging, client facing knowledge lawyer / PSL role. This role would suit someone coming fresh from a fee-earning role who is looking to move away from the more demanding hours of fee-earning in a transactional real estate team but who is passionate about imparting knowledge and shaping and developing a new role. Prior experience / knowledge of real estate finance transactions is important.
