The role:
The successful Real Estate Paralegal can look forward to:
- Drafting, negotiating and reporting on leases, licences, concession agreements and related documents
- Assisting with larger transactions
- Running your own transactions carried out on a fixed fee basis
The firm have a fantastic reputation for promoting Paralegals up into trainee roles, with Paralegals across the firm given a very high level of responsibility.
About you:
- A Paralegal with at least 6 months’ Commercial Real Estate experience
- Someone looking for a role with lots of responsibility from the off
