A brilliant opportunity has risen for a Paralegal to join the market-leading Real Estate practice of a leading mid-sized law firm.

Real Estate is a core focus for the firm. Their large team of Lawyers are well known for their multifaceted offering which, in addition to broad capabilities in traditional asset classes, such as offices and retail, offers expertise in emerging asset classes including logistics and student accommodation. The Real Estate department act for a wide range of clients, from entrepreneurial investors, developers, and corporate occupiers through to listed companies.
 
The successful Real Estate Paralegal can look forward to working closely with Partners and Associates on large transactions and running your own smaller transactions
 
The firm have a fantastic reputation for promoting Paralegals up into trainee roles, with Paralegals across the firm given a very high level of responsibility.
 
About you:
 
  • A Paralegal with at least 6 months’ Commercial Real Estate experience
  • Someone who enjoys working as part of a close-knit, collegiate team
  • Someone looking to step up into a role with lots of responsibility from the off

This is a permanent role offering a fantastic salary of £35,000 per annum and hybrid working (2/3 days a week at home and the remainder in the office).
