A popular UK international firm is looking for a junior level Associate to join its London Real Estate Finance practice.

The role will include: (i) a mix of Real Estate Finance work, acting mainly for banks and lenders; (ii) assisting the core Real Estate partners on more traditional commercial matters. The split of work will be about 60-70% Real Estate Finance.

As a result, the partners are specifically interested in associates who already do Real Estate Finance work, or those who currently sit within a Real Estate (as opposed to Banking) team.

The team is very highly ranked in all London legal directories, and clients include major names in the funds, clearing banks and insurance markets. The department is continually attracting new clients, and the partners are keen for all associates (even at the junior level) to actively assist in building (and maintaining) individual client relationships.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Real Estate associate who wants a broader remit of work and is keen to take on client responsibilities.
