A Top 100 law firm now has a new opportunity for a residential property solicitor to join the team for 12 months. The team enjoys a very strong reputation in the market, with a high ranking in the legal directories.

The successful candidate will enjoy involvement in a range of matters with a focus on off-plan / ‘plot sales’ work. Applicants will be available immediately or at short notice and possess strong experience of the residential property conveyancing process, from instruction to post completion.

Residential property solicitors who are interested must have 1+ years’ experience gained in a large commercial firm environment and are urged to apply immediately given the urgency of this role.
