A leading international firm is looking to hire a Restructuring Associate (NQ–2 year PQE) to join its London office.
The team advises private investment management firms, corporates, and facility borrowers on a wide range of cross-border and UK restructurings and insolvencies across multiple industry sectors. The role offers exposure to complex transactions, strategic problem-solving, and direct client interaction.
The ideal candidate will be newly qualified (March 2026) or with up to 2 years’ experience in restructuring or insolvency, with strong analytical, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a collaborative team environment.
This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience on sophisticated restructuring work and build a career in a leading market practice.
