This large, international firm is looking for an experienced solicitor to support its derivatives / securitisation practices on a maternity cover basis.
The successful candidate will work in a global role, enjoying responsibility for knowledge management, training and some external, client-facing projects. They will operate in a team of knowledge lawyers, reporting in to a global head.
Applicants should possess extensive experience in securitisation and / or derivatives matters, either as a fee-earner or PSL.
