Senior Arbitration Associate - International Law Firm

Overview
A well-regarded international law firm is looking for a Senior Arbitration Associate to add to their Construction and Engineering Disputes team in London. This role is a strategic senior hire for the firm.

The Role of a Senior Arbitration Associate
The new Senior Arbitration Associate would be joining a highly ranked 4-partner practice, known to work on large, high value infrastructure projects across all key sectors. Whilst the role sits within the firm’s construction and engineering disputes practice, the work will focus primarily on engineering disputes. Recent transactions have involved contentious infrastructure matters across fossil power, nuclear power, transportation, chemical plants as well as other projects.

To be considered for the Senior Arbitration Associate role you must:

  • be a qualified solicitor under England & Wales or under related Commonwealth jurisdictions;

  • be at least 5-8 years PQE;

  • have an international case-load with a track record of adjudications and large arbitrations under their belt;

  • have excellent academic achievement with a minimum 2:1 degree or equivalent; and

  • detailed analytical skills.
