An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Construction Paralegal to join a leading global law firm’s Construction department permanently in London.
The Team:
Pioneers in the area of construction law, the firm's award-winning construction practice takes on complex transactions, and national landmark infrastructure projects, and integrates with other ministries to form a strong team that provides advice on some of the biggest private development, regeneration, and mixed-use projects in the country.
Your New Role:
Working under the supervision of senior fee earners and managing juniors’ other duties will include:
- Advising on all aspects of development through design and construction.
- Providing construction due diligence support to other transactional and property departments
- Building and maintaining effective client relationships.
- Active participation in marketing initiatives.
- Expect to assist and work alongside colleagues who are being led out by other UK officers including National and International Real Estate Transactions.
About You:
- LLB/GDL or equivalent essential, LPC desirable.
- One year plus Non-contentious construction experience.
- Genuine interest in construction infrastructure.
- Strong client focus and commercial awareness.
Salary:
The successful Senior Construction Paralegal will be offered £36k+ depending on experience.
