A leading mid-Atlantic firm with a highly regarded London transactional practice, our client is looking to hire an additional Corporate NQ, to join the firm following qualification in February / March 2022. As a Corporate NQ Associate, the new hire will involve working in a close-knit team on a broad mix of corporate / M&A transactions for clients within the TMT, energy and financial services sectors.
