*Real Estate 1.5 PQE+* Top City Firm / Agile working in

A top City firm, our client’s highly ranked real estate team is looking to hire an additional real estate associate, ideally at least 1.5PQE gained within another leading City or regional real estate practice. This real estate team is involved in the full range of standalone commercial real estate work - there is little corporate support – and partners and associates work collaboratively together. Work is allocated in such a way that every associate has the opportunity to work with a variety of clients and partners so that they become well-rounded commercial property lawyers with experience of all aspects of commercial real estate work. A great proportion of time is spent by the real estate partners on training associates, especially juniors, and there is excellent PSL and marketing support. As such, the team rarely loses lawyers to competitive teams. For a strong lateral, mid-level associate, the prospects of internal promotion in due course are good as the team continues to grow (and also allowing for succession planning). Hybrid office / home working has been a success and the team has an excellent culture.
