Our client is one of the leading global law firms. Their real estate practice is one of the largest and best regarded in the UK. The group comprises some of the most highly regarded real estate practitioners in the UK, many of whom are recommended by renowned legal directories as leaders in their field.
The chosen candidate will be involved in dealing with and advising matters covering all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, this will include acting for the team's core client base.
They are looking for experienced Real Estate Associates with up to 3 years PQE (or equivalent experience). Ideally your experience will have been gained at a leading City or regional firm. It is essential that the candidate has a strong academic background (minimum 2.1 degree) with excellent written communication and drafting skills. The successful candidate will also have outstanding technical skills, together with the ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues, have experience of managing an independent caseload and working as a member of a larger team.
