Our client is a one of the leading global law firms. They are currently looking for an 1-5 PQE Associate to join their Corporate M&A team in London.
The M&A practice area sits within the corporate and finance practice group and covers the full range of corporate/M&A work. The team has broad experience of public and private M&A, joint ventures, strategic alliances, restructurings and complex commercial arrangements, and both domestic UK and cross-border. The clients of the team span all industry sectors.
Applications from candidates from other Common Law jurisdictions are welcome.
The ideal candidate will have experience from a well-regarded City practice and have excellent academics (2:1 degree minimum).
