Our client is a international US Law Firm with a broad range of practice areas in the UK. They are looking for a 5+ PQE Corporate Senior Associate to join their team in London.
The team advises companies, shareholders, investors and funders at all stages of the corporate life cycle on a wide variety of corporate and commercial matters. The work is varied including M&A, Private Equity, Venture Capital, listed work, Joint Ventures and other general corporate work.
Ideally they would like a more generalist Associate to join them but they are also happy to look at someone who has been more of a specialist who is actively looking for a broader diet of work.
The team is small and very collaborative and the firm prides itself on being a very friendly and collegiate culture.
The ideal candidate will have experience from an equivalent corporate practice, have UK experience and be UK qualified and have excellent academics (2:1 degree minimum).
