Our client is a leading international law firm looking for a junior-mid level Associate to join their Derivatives and Structured Products team in London.
Their Derivatives and Structured Products group is an acknowledged market leader. They work with the world's leading financial institutions and financial investor/fund clients.
This role will focus on transactional derivatives and structured products, including OTC fixed income, credit and equity based derivatives, asset backed securities, repackaging programmes, collateral documentation and structures, repos, stock loans, credit and equity-linked notes, synthetic securitisation, CLOs and insurance linked securities.
The ideal candidate will have outstanding academic history and proven first rate legal and drafting skills.
