A global 100 law firm, with employees operating out of 25 locations across Europe, Asia Pacific, Africa and the Middle East is looking to recruit a non-contentious NQ lawyer with insurance and related regulatory experience to join the firm's growing team in London where they will work closely with the firm’s established City practice.

Clients include major global and UK insurance businesses and the firm acts for a number of broker groups and leading brand retail distributors. 

The work will be both transactional and advisory, based around:

• insurance business transfers

• insurance sector M&A

• drafting and negotiating distribution and outsourcing agreements

• advising on retail and commercial product development

• FCA and PRA regulatory issues (including investigations and enhanced supervision projects)

• reinsurance agreements (including captive programmes)

Ideally, the candidate will have some experience and exposure to some of these practice areas and undertaken a seat in such areas. You will also have excellent academic (2:1 degree minimum).
